As Vona Law Firm, we pay attention to collecting, processing and protection of personal data within the scope of the Law With this notice, as a “Data Controller”, we intend to explain how your personal data gathered, what are the purposes of processing and areas of use.
HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND WITH WHICH LEGAL REASONS
Your personal data is sent to us by filling out the form on our website. In addition, your data can be collected via your verbal, written or electronic communication.

PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data; which includes your full name, phone number, e-mail and other personal data you shared with us upon communication form, can be used for contacting you, responding your demands and evaluating your CV in case you share.
In the scope of the Law, sensitive data is mentioned separately. Your sensitive data is your data relating to your race, ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dressing, membership of the association, foundation or trade-union, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, and biometrics and genetics. If you are sharing any of these data with us, we would like to indicate that you are giving your explicit consent to process this data by ticking the checkbox.
We certainly do not process your personal data for any other purposes than the ones we have shared with you, and your personal data will be retained for a period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for a period that is necessary for achieving the purpose.

- whether or not your personal data have been processed; and if so, to request information as to such processing,
- about the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
- about the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data have been transferred
Additionally, you have the right to request from the Company to correct your erroneous or missing personal data and further be informed of the recipients of data to whom your personal data were transferred or may be transferred.
You may request that your personal data be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the provisions of the Law. However, we will evaluate which method is the most appropriate, or whether applicable or not at the time of your request and apply that method; but you reserve the right to ask us why we chose such method at any time.
You may request compensation for the damages that you may have suffered due to the unlawful use of your personal data.
We will respond to your requests included in your application, within thirty days. These applications are currently free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an extra cost, a fee may be charged at the rate specified by the Personal Data Protection Board.
You can submit your application by filling out the form on our website regarding the processing of your personal data. In order to determine whether the application is yours and thus to protect your rights, we may respond to your email address and we may ask you to confirm whether the application is yours.
